Simple Salmon Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon filet (bones removed)
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with heavy duty foil. Remove filet from refrigerator and place skin side down on foil. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over filet. Salt and pepper to taste. Let salmon rest at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes. Bake for approximately 10 minutes per inch. Cut into four pieces. Serve with Simple Salmon Sauce. Serves 4.
Simple Salmon Sauce Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt (or light sour cream)
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 4 drops Tabasco Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
Directions
Mix together ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
Serves 5; Serving Size: 2 Tbsp
