healthy steps semi-homemade vegetable soup

  • Chicken stock
  • Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage
  • Mushrooms
  • Tomatoes
  • Dill, Parsley, Basil
  • Salt and pepper
Mix low-sodium store bought chicken stock in saucepan. Add in cubed potatoes, peeled and sliced carrots, cabbage, sliced mushrooms, and chopped tomatoes. Stir in dill, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
